About HSquare

HSquare is a healthy supermarket in Kuwait. We stock the food that ordinary supermarkets carry two shelves of — organic pantry staples, gluten-free baking, sports nutrition, sugar-free everything — and we carry it properly, in depth, with the brands people actually ask for.

How it started

HSquare was founded in 2021 by Zoeb Husain, out of a simple observation: it was hard to buy genuinely healthy groceries in Kuwait without going to four different shops. Organic flour in one place, protein bars in another, gluten-free bread nowhere at all. Sports and gym nutrition was treated as a speciality rather than something you buy with your weekly shop.

The idea was to put all of it under one roof and keep it in stock — which is the harder half.

Visit us

Our market is on 85 Street, Shuwaikh Industrial, near Al Wazzan Restaurant. You are welcome to come and look at the range in person — it is a proper shop, not a warehouse counter.

Delivery across Kuwait

We deliver to 112 areas across all six governorates, every day including Friday. Order before 9:00 PM and it arrives the same day. Delivery is free on orders above 10 KWD, everywhere we go — see our delivery policy for the detail.

We answer on WhatsApp and by phone on 9960 7342, every day from 10:00 AM to midnight — including when you are doing the shopping at 11 at night, which plenty of people do.
