This policy explains what we collect when you use hsquarekuwait.com, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. HSquare Healthy Supermarket, commercial licence 2021/8722, is responsible for the information described here.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, delivery address, phone number and email, and what you ordered. We need this to deliver to you.
• Account information — if you create an account, your login details and saved addresses.
• Device and usage information — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type. This is collected automatically, as it is on almost every website.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card details. KNET payments are handled entirely by the payment provider and the bank. Nothing about your card reaches HSquare systems. If you pay cash on delivery, no payment data is stored at all.

Analytics and advertising

We use, or are in the process of adding:

• Google Analytics — to understand which pages people use and where the site is confusing.
• Meta Pixel — to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising works, and to show our products to people who have visited the site.

These tools set cookies and share limited information with Google and Meta, including pages viewed and purchases made. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can control advertising personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies — the site will still work, though some things may be less convenient.

Who we share information with

Only the parties needed to run the shop:

• Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders;
• our payment provider, for KNET transactions;
• our delivery team, who receive your address and phone number so they can bring your order;
• Google and Meta, as described above.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, returns and warranty purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and personal data. Email hsquarekuwait@gmail.com or message 9960 7342 and we will deal with it. We may need to keep certain order records where the law requires it.

Children

This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially — particularly if we add new tracking or start email marketing — we will update this page and the date below.
