These terms apply when you buy from hsquarekuwait.com, operated by HSquare Healthy Supermarket, commercial licence 2021/8722, Shuwaikh Industrial, Kuwait.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our coverage, or we cannot verify the order — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices and stock levels are synchronised automatically from our store system. Very occasionally an error can put an obviously wrong price on a product. Where a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the affected order rather than fulfil it, and we will refund you in full and explain what happened. We will not do this for ordinary price changes — only genuine errors.

Availability and substitutions

Stock shown on the site reflects our shop in real time, but an item can sell out between your order and our picking it. If that happens we will contact you to offer an alternative, remove the item and refund it, or cancel the order — your choice. We do not substitute items without asking you first.

Payment

We accept KNET and cash on delivery. Where a payment link is sent to you to complete an order, the order is not confirmed until payment is received. We do not store card details — see our privacy policy.

Delivery times, charges and coverage are set out in our shipping and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns

Your right to return items, and the exceptions for chilled, frozen and opened food, are set out in our refund and return policy, which also forms part of these terms.

Product information and health claims

We take care to describe products accurately, but packaging, ingredients and nutritional information are set by the manufacturer and can change without notice. Always read the label on the product you receive, particularly for allergens.

Supplements, vitamins and health foods sold here are food products, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using supplements.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and let us know if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Our content

The HSquare name, logo, site design and original photography belong to us. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Kuwaiti consumer protection law. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order and its delivery charge.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute.
