Mitticool 2L Clay Handi With Handle adds a handle to the Mitticool clay handi: a 2L pot that is easier to lift off the heat.
Key Features
- Unglazed terracotta handi with a handle
- 2L capacity
- Handmade in India by Mitticool
- Cooks slowly and holds heat after it leaves the flame
- Needs seasoning before first use
How to Use
Soak the new pot in water overnight and season it before first use. Cook over a low to medium flame only, never on a high heat or from cold onto a hot ring, and wash by hand without detergent.
