Key Features
- Dried shredded coconut in a 500g bag
- Bulk size for regular baking
- Goes into cakes, biscuits, ladoo and barfi
- Also used to coat sweets and truffles
- Resealable bag
How to Use
Measure it straight into cake and biscuit mixtures, or roll finished sweets in it to coat. A short toast in a dry pan brings out the colour before scattering over desserts.
